This Privacy Policy explains what information FridgeMuse collects, how it is used, and the choices you have when using the app and website to create custom AI fridge magnet designs.
Last updated: May 23, 2026FridgeMuse may collect your account email, Apple Sign In identifier where used, login verification status, uploaded photos, generated images, style selections, material and size selections, quantity, checkout intent details, usage limits, app diagnostics, device and network metadata, and support messages.
When you upload a photo or generate a design, FridgeMuse may store the original photo, AI-generated artwork, mockup image, production artwork, share composite, prompts or template identifiers, and related processing status. These files are used to show previews, rebuild mockups, prepare production files, support checkout, and help customer support troubleshoot issues.
Your uploads and generation requests may be processed by AI providers, cloud hosting, storage, image processing, email, logging, and security providers. These providers process data only as needed to provide the service, improve reliability, enforce safety, and diagnose technical issues.
You may sign in with email verification or Apple Sign In where available. Account features link usage limits, generated designs, mockup history, checkout intent, purchase state, and support diagnostics to the same user account.
In-app purchases are used for digital AI preview generation quota, including subscriptions and one-time credit packs. FridgeMuse records product identifiers, transaction identifiers, entitlement status, renewal or restore state, and related server notifications so paid generation access can be verified and restored.
FridgeMuse may send product configuration, design references, quantity, price, checkout intent information, and account email to FridgeMuse Shop, Shopify, or other commerce providers so you can complete purchase of physical products. Payment details are handled by commerce and payment providers; FridgeMuse does not need to store your full payment card number in the native app.
We use information to operate the app, authenticate accounts, manage free and paid generation limits, generate previews, save mockups, continue checkout, prepare production files, provide support, detect abuse, maintain security, improve reliability, and comply with legal obligations.
We may share information with service providers that host the backend, store assets, send login emails, process AI requests, run checkout, manufacture products, ship orders, provide customer support, or protect the service. We may also disclose information if required by law, to prevent harm, or to protect rights and security.
FridgeMuse keeps account, design, generation, checkout, purchase, and diagnostic data for as long as needed to provide the service, support orders, prevent abuse, meet legal obligations, and maintain records. You can initiate account deletion in the app from My > Account > Account management > Delete Account. You can contact support for design deletion help, data access, or privacy questions. Some order, payment, tax, fraud-prevention, or legal records may need to be retained by FridgeMuse or commerce providers.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including account sessions, limited access controls, and cloud infrastructure safeguards. No internet service is completely secure, so you should avoid uploading content that you do not want processed by an online service.
FridgeMuse is not intended for children under 13 or the minimum age required in your region. Do not use the app to upload photos of children unless you have the legal right to do so and the content is appropriate for custom product production.
FridgeMuse is designed for global access and may involve processing in multiple countries, including cloud infrastructure, AI services, commerce platforms, manufacturing partners, and logistics providers. You can choose not to upload a photo, not to generate a preview, not to sign in, or not to continue checkout. You can initiate account deletion in the app from My > Account > Account management > Delete Account.
